Data we collect
Only your email address, when you join the merch waitlist. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
How we use it
We use your email to send you news and early-access notices about Xican merch. This is the only purpose and it requires your consent, which you give by signing up and confirming your email. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell it.
Who else processes it
The list is managed with Kit (kit.com), an email service based in the United States that processes your email on Xican's behalf and only to send these notices.
To protect the form from abuse, Kit may show a Google reCAPTCHA check, which processes technical data about your browser and device under Google's privacy policy. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
Unsubscribing and withdrawing consent
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to xican.records@gmail.com.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to xican.records@gmail.com. Include the email you registered and your request; we will reply within the time limits set by law.
Site measurement
The site measures visits in aggregate, without cookies or personal identifiers. The email you register is never sent to that measurement.
Kit's form and, when it appears, Google's check may use their own cookies or similar technologies.
